We have taken a large plot of land on the hill of Howth where we grow as many of our own fruit and vegetables. Our aim is to be as organic as possible and to that end we are sourcing all our seeds etc from organic growers

With this warm weather and all the rain that we are getting, there is plenty of produce. Yesterday we harvested 20 heads of Little Gem, 8 kilos of baby beet, 10 kilos of white turnip, 15 kilo of Rradish, 15 heads of lollo rosso and 7 bags of herbs.
